Nate's guide to UIL Computer Science

This guide is primarily going to be for the hands-on section. Most of this advice won't help your written test scores, some of it (such as tips on what to and what not to study) will actively lower your scores. Also, the best way to get better at programming is just to practice. 90% of your progress will come from writing a lot of code, this guide will just go over the other 10% that's specific to competitive programming.
